Sales Team

Support us in designing the insurance experience of the future. As an Inside Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for the performance and development of our Sales Agents. You’ll work closely with the team on their daily phone sales, coach them on their sales pitch and approach, and make sure they consistently meet our sales and quality standards. The role is hands-on and focused on helping the team improve their performance day by day.

This is a full-time hybrid role, with 2-3 days per week working from our Berlin office.

Your Mission

The Inside Sales Team Lead is responsible for ensuring that Sales Agents consistently achieve their individual and team targets. The main focus is on hands-on coaching, performance management, and maintaining a high standard of sales quality across the team.

A key responsibility is supporting Sales Agents with their phone pitch on a daily basis. This includes reviewing sales calls together with Agents, providing direct feedback, and coaching them on how to improve their sales approach, objection handling, communication, and closing techniques. Coaching takes place in the office as well as remotely via video calls or online communication.

The highest priority is the continuous training and development of the sales pitch. Team Leads work with Agents every day to ensure that they follow our defined sales standards, communicate confidently with customers, and continuously improve their performance on the phone.

Main tools used:

• Dialfire – used by Sales Agents for outbound sales activities and call management
• Slack – used for daily communication, coordination, and support
• Google Meet – used for remote coaching sessions, call reviews, and team meetings
• Meta Dashboards – used to monitor relevant KPIs, performance, and target achievement
