Being a Software Engineer at AIOS
As a Growth Engineer at AIOS, your fundamental role is to build the products, experiments, and systems that bring new patients to AIOS and help them start treatment.
Our systems serve >200k patients each month. Our agentic workflows autonomously generate >$100k of revenue per day. Bolt, our leading UK brand, is now expanding into new markets, and how fast each one converts is the company’s top priority. We’re hiring four Growth Engineers to make that happen.
Your main focus is conversion. You’ll own funnels from the first click to the first purchase, working in a small team with a Funnel Conversion Lead and a Web Designer. Together you decide what to test, ship it fast, and keep iterating until it converts.
