With 17 Love Brands across Fragrance and Fashion, Makeup and Skincare, we create stories that connect with people’s emotions and are powered by a global team of over 13,000 passionate professionals. With products sold in more than 150 countries and €5,042 million in net revenue in 2025, and guided by strong values and sustainability commitments, Puig continues to grow as a Home of Creativity: an open-minded space where Creators Of All Kinds are empowered to thrive, innovate and express who they are.
The Opportunity
Puig is a third-generation, family-owned fashion and beauty company headquartered in Barcelona. Our strength lies in our ability to build distinctive brands through compelling storytelling, creativity, consumer understanding, and product excellence. We are seeking motivated, detail-oriented interns who are passionate about the beauty industry and eager to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic, global organization. Based on business needs and candidate interests, internship opportunities may be available within Brand Marketing or Consumer Insights and may support either an individual brand or a portfolio of brands across Puig's beauty and fragrance portfolio. Interns are expected to work a hybrid schedule, including three days per week in our New York City office, and may work up to 29 hours per week.
Both tracks provide exposure to the ways consumer behavior, market trends, performance data, and cross-functional collaboration help inform brand strategy, marketing initiatives, product launches, and business decisions.
