Account Lead

BrandBastion is looking for a senior, strategic Account Lead to own our key enterprise customer relationships across APAC, with the scope expanding into EMEA over time.

We work with some of the world’s largest consumer brands, including Netflix, Uber, Sephora, The North Face, Calvin Klein and others, helping them manage and maximize social engagement through a combination of AI, technology and strategic expertise.

This is a high-impact role for someone who understands social media deeply and can operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders inside large, complex organizations.

You would personally own a small portfolio of major enterprise customers across APAC, with responsibility for the overall relationship, strategy, value realization, retention and expansion. Some of these relationships span multiple brands, markets and stakeholder groups, so strong enterprise account leadership is essential.

Over time, we would expect this person to also build and lead our Customer Success team across APAC, and potentially EMEA, as the region grows.

What you would own

• Lead several of BrandBastion’s largest enterprise customer relationships across APAC
• Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders across social media, marketing, brand and customer experience
• Help customers shape their social engagement strategy across community management, moderation, outbound engagement, customer care, sentiment and brand health
• Translate BrandBastion’s technology and AI capabilities into tangible business outcomes
• Lead onboarding and expansion across multiple brands and markets within complex global organizations
• Own retention, renewals and commercial growth within your accounts
• Identify opportunities to deepen adoption and introduce additional BrandBastion solutions
• Bring customers a strong point of view on social trends, best practices and emerging opportunities
• Over time, hire, coach and lead a regional Customer Success team across APAC, with scope potentially expanding into EMEA

Requirements

We’re particularly interested in people who have worked as an Account Director, Client Partner, Social Media Lead, Social Strategist or senior Customer Success leader and have experience working with large consumer brands.

You should be comfortable sitting across the table from senior marketing and social leaders, understanding their business challenges and proactively advising them - rather than simply managing a software implementation.

Deep knowledge of social media, community engagement and brand strategy is important, as is a strong commercial mindset.

The role would ideally be based in Australia and is fully remote, working with customers and colleagues globally.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to combine hands-on ownership of major global brands today with the opportunity to build and lead a regional team as BrandBastion continues to grow.
