About Fulfillment IQ (FIQ):
Fulfillment IQ is a supply chain engineering and transformation company that helps brands, retailers, and 3PLs design, build, and scale high-performance logistics operations.
We work at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology, solving complex, real-world problems across warehouse design, automation, order management, transportation, and end-to-end supply chain execution.
Our teams combine deep domain expertise with strong technical capability, delivering outcomes through consulting, systems implementation, and proprietary platforms that accelerate time-to-value and reduce delivery risk.
If you enjoy working in complex environments, partnering closely with clients, and seeing your work make a tangible impact on how global commerce moves, this is the place where your skills and judgment truly come to life.
Role Overview:
Fulfillment IQ is expanding its Manhattan practice within our Enterprise Systems Implementation team and is seeking a senior Manhattan WMOS/MAWM Design Lead / Solution Architect to lead solution design for complex WMS transformation programs.
This role is responsible for defining and governing the end-to-end Manhattan WMOS solution, translating business and operational requirements into scalable functional and technical designs, and providing clear direction to configuration and delivery teams.
The Design Lead will serve as a key technical and functional authority throughout the engagement from discovery and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare. You will work closely with client business and IT stakeholders, FIQ delivery teams, integration teams, and automation partners to ensure the solution is practical, scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Manhattan WMOS standard capabilities.
Engagements may include large retailers and 3PLs, template-based multi-site rollouts, legacy WMS migrations, complex distribution operations, and highly automated facilities involving ASRS, AMRs, WCS/MHE, sortation, conveyance, print-and-apply, parcel, and other warehouse technologies.
