About the Role

DHL Express is looking for a Customs Supervisor to lead a team responsible for supporting Import and Export customs activities.
-
We are looking for a hands-on professional with customs experience who can guide the team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and help deliver excellent service while maintaining compliance with customs requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, support and develop a team of customs agents.
-
Ensure the accurate handling of Import and Export customs processes.

Support the review and validation of customs documentation.
-
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and customs requirements.
-
Coordinate daily priorities and support the resolution of operational issues.
-
Monitor team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Work closely with operational teams and other departments to ensure efficient service delivery.

Promote a positive, collaborative and customer-focused work environment.
What We're Looking For
· Mandatory Experience in Customs, Import and/or Export operations.

Mandatory Good knowledge of customs documentation and clearance processes.

Bachelor's Degree in Law, Management, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

Previous team leadership or coordination experience is an advantage.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Problem-solving mindset and results-oriented approach.

Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
