General Manager, Project Management

Job Purpose:Lead project management sub-function for Greater China and provide input to and lead the implementation of functional strategy to successfully manage and deliver projects while meeting the cost, timescale and quality parameters in line with overall country level strategy, business objectives and needs, Group guidelines and policies.
Main Accountabilities- Develop project management strategy and direction for major projects and programs in line with overall Greater China level strategy, business objectives and needs, Group guidelines and policies- Champion technically accurate, timely, commercial-viable and customer-orientated strategic projects in line with company's interests- Monitor and adhere to defined budgets and monitor all project related action and expenses (i.e. planning, sourcing, delivery of results)- Drive pipeline prioritization, review project management and monitor project progress and status- Lead identification of project risks and implementation of mitigation actions and resolutions in a timely mannerContinuously re-evaluate and adjust project goals, ensure alignment with concurrent projects and support implementation of project results- Monitor and report program/ project process, highlight any divergence from plans and communicate with key project stakeholders- Sponsor the development and implementation of transformational change projects especially developing the function and expanding its service portfolio- Build and develop understanding of customer requirements, suppliers, competitor activities and market trends to influence direction of major projects- Develop and administer an effective governance structure to support project implementation at the country- Serve as highest instance of escalation and advice in all project management matters for the country- Understand business processes, identify opportunities/ solutions and prioritize projects according to relevant measurement criteria- Act as a liaison between different project stakeholders- material preparation for the business review meetings, customer events, etc.- Data analysis based on the data from company's system & market
Requirements

Experience• More than 8 years working related experience• Logistics business background, product and Operations know-how• Experience in leading and facilitating meetings• Excellent knowledge in office related software including PowerPoint, Excel• Knowledge and experience in Finance and Accounting is a plus Educational Qualifications• University bachelor degree in a business discipline or relevant education
