🤝 Reports to: FD
🔎 Level: Senior
We're not just closing the digital divide; we're reconnecting distributed organisations, enabling seamless communication, and re-engaging employees like never before. Blink, a mobile-first employee experience platform, puts everything employees need right in their hands. With teams in Boston, London, and Sydney, we're making waves worldwide, partnering with industry leaders like Domino's, JD Sports and McDonald's.
The Role
You'll be the FD's right hand. Not a narrow commercial or FP&A seat, but the person who picks up whatever moves the function forward, from the strategic and forward-looking work through to the operational plumbing that keeps the close clean.
On any given week that might mean owning a pricing decision, framing a capital allocation trade-off, sharpening a process the close team relies on, or building an agent that takes work off everyone's plate. You'll partner with the exec team on the decisions that shape Blink's next stage of growth, and you'll work shoulder to shoulder with the existing finance team on the day-to-day. The remit flexes to what the business needs, and you're someone who's energized by that rather than thrown by it.

- Improving the speed and accuracy of close and multi-entity reporting frameworks .
AI and finance operations
- The agentic finance stack from FP&A augmentation through close acceleration, variance commentary, and scenario modelling.
- Project management of digital transformation: partnering with the team to implement systems.
- Billing agents that cut cycle time and tighten cash conversion.
- Tooling selection across subscriptions, ERP, expense, AP, consolidation.
- Mentoring the wider finance team on agent design so the capability scales.
