Shift Leader

At Specsavers, we're passionate about changing lives through better sight and hearing, and behind every great customer experience is a team that keeps our operation moving. As a Shift Leader in our Kidderminster distribution operation, you'll play a vital role in ensuring thousands of lenses and eye care products reach the right place at the right time. This is an opportunity to lead from the front, inspire a high-performing team and make a real impact on the quality, service and efficiency that our customers rely on every day.

You'll lead and support colleagues across a busy warehousing environment, creating a culture where safety, wellbeing and performance go hand in hand. Working closely with teams across operations, supply chain and logistics, you'll drive productivity, improve processes and help deliver ambitious service and cost targets. From identifying opportunities for continuous improvement to ensuring effective day-to-day operations, you'll be trusted to keep standards high while helping your team perform at their very best.

To succeed in this role, you'll bring proven people leadership experience, along with strong coaching and mentoring skills that help others grow and develop. You're someone who builds positive relationships, communicates with confidence and can influence stakeholders at all levels. You'll be commercially aware, comfortable managing budgets and motivated by finding smarter ways of working. Most importantly, you'll create an inclusive and supportive environment where colleagues feel valued, engaged and empowered to succeed.

In return, you'll join a business that invests in its people, encourages continuous development and gives you the opportunity to shape the success of both your team and the wider operation. You'll be part of a collaborative culture where your ideas are welcomed, your achievements are recognised and your career can continue to grow.

If you're ready to take the next step in your leadership career and help deliver an exceptional service that supports our purpose of changing lives through better sight and hearing, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today.
