Enterprise Account Manager

We are Rokt. We are the global leader in ecommerce, on a mission to make every transaction more relevant. We’ve built our business around the Transaction Moment™, the span from cart to confirmation where customer attention and intent peak, and where more than 90% of a business's ancillary revenue potential sits untapped.

The Rokt Brain leverages advanced machine learning to determine the next best action for every customer in real time across the Rokt Network, powering 13 billion transactions a year for brands like: Live Nation, Fanatics, Macy's, AMC Theatres, PayPal, Uber, Hulu, Albertsons and more. Since 2012 we've grown from a Sydney startup, to a $3.5B company with 700+ Rokt'stars across eight offices and 15 markets, sustaining a Compound Annual Growth Rate of 40%+ for over a decade.

At Rokt, we practice transparency in career paths and compensation, which is why we have a well-defined career ladder with clear compensation and career paths based on competency and ability.

Target total compensation ranges from $220,000 - $261,000, including a fixed annual salary of $139,000 - $170,000, inclusive of employer superannuation contributions, variable quarterly compensation, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits. This is the expected range for the role. Final compensation is determined by the level assessed through the interview process and based on how your experience and skills map to our career ladder.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

About the role:

This role sits within our Strategic Key Accounts team in Sydney. You will report to our SVP, GM Commercial APAC. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will act as a quarterback across product development, commercial strategy, and project execution: driving measurable growth, expanding product adoption, and building durable executive relationships across a variety of complex, fast-moving e-commerce accounts. This is a high-impact, high-trust, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, uses AI as a force multiplier, and brings the organization, commercial acumen, and technical fluency required to keep multiple workstreams moving with precision while helping Rokt deepen its foothold across the full Transaction Moment™.

We are an AI-first company. We're a team of builders. That means the person who spots the problem is usually the person who fixes it, and "someone should build a tool for that" is treated as a volunteer sign-up sheet. We use AI and automation tools to move faster, and expect you to figure things out when the path isn’t obvious. If you prefer established processes and clearly defined lanes, you probably won’t like it here.

How your future team uses AI:

To stay genuinely expert on our partners' businesses. Earnings calls, leadership changes, shifting priorities: the team synthesises it continuously, so nobody walks into a QBR reconstructing what happened last quarter. That same intelligence surfaces growth opportunities and risks early, and sharpens account plans before they're presented rather than after.

AI also lets us see the whole portfolio at once. A strategy that works for one partner gets recognised as a pattern and applied to the next, and the commercial impact of a new placement or incentive gets modeled before it gets pitched. The administrative layer of the job runs itself, which is the point: more hours in front of clients, fewer in a spreadsheet.

How you will contribute:

• Own day-to-day strategic account management for your book of business, driving measurable growth, partner health, and expansion across multiple Rokt products.
• Act as the quarterback across internal and external stakeholders, coordinating product, commercial, operational, and technical workstreams to ensure fast, precise execution.
• Lead account planning and execution through disciplined use of Mutual Action Plans, Joint Business Plans, QBRs, and ongoing executive engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, including navigating high-pressure conversations with credibility, clarity, and commercial rigor.
• Use data, structured analysis, and AI-enabled tools to identify growth opportunities, improve program management, accelerate decision-making, and continuously optimise account outcomes.

Requirements

What you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in client success, strategic account management, consulting, partnerships, or a related customer-facing commercial role in a fast-paced technology, ecommerce, media, ticketing, travel, payments, or adjacent environment.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen, with the ability to lead sophisticated product conversations, interpret data, partner cross-functionally with Product / Ops / Solutions / GTM, and translate complexity into clear client-facing recommendations.
• Exceptional organizational and program management skills, with a proven ability to run multiple concurrent workstreams, maintain high standards under pressure, and create better process and operating rhythm in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build trust with senior client stakeholders, influence cross-functional partners, and handle difficult or high-stakes conversations with composure.

Benefits

We leverage best-in-class technology and market-leading innovation in AI and ML, with all of that being underlined by building and maintaining a fantastic and inclusive culture where people can be their authentic selves, and offering a great list of perks and benefits to go with it:

• Become a shareholder. Every Rokt'star gets equity in the company
• Every employee has enterprise access to leading AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Replit, etc) building AI fluency as a core skill, not a side project
• Enjoy catered lunch every day and healthy snacks in the office.

• See the world! We have offices in New York, Seattle, Sydney, Tokyo and London
• We believe we're better together. We love spending time together and are in the office most days (teams are in the office minimum 4 days per week)
