The teams you could be joining

Billing & Monetization Team owns the commercial foundations behind Gorgias pricing and billing—from pricing and entitlements to usage visibility and AI monetization—so the business can launch products and evolve pricing with accurate, trusted billing. (Team roadmap)

Actions & Skills Team builds the reusable platform that helps AI Agent follow merchant procedures and take action through connected apps, while making those actions easier to discover and use across Gorgias products. (Actions platform vision)

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, build, and scale the AI-driven platform that powers automated e-commerce support and sales. This is a high-impact role where you will shape our architecture, performance, and observability strategy to ensure our systems remain scalable, reliable, and fast.
