Grow together
Customer Touchpoint Solutions (CTS) delivers seamless digital and physical customer interactions across DHL touchpoints, including self-service terminals, retail branches, and customer portals. We contribute to this success by providing robust, scalable platform engineering and DevOps practices that underpin application delivery, ensuring reliable, secure, and continuously improving service operations.
As Senior DevOps Manager you will be responsible for:
- Design ownership and implementation, continuous improvement of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and platform automation across CTS delivery teams.
- Identification of technical bottlenecks, defining engineering best practices, and orchestrating DevOps tooling adoption to improve deployment frequency, reduce lead time, and enhance service quality.
- A key part of this role is engaging with internal and external stakeholders — translating business requirements into technical solutions, communicating platform status and roadmap progress, and ensuring alignment between delivery teams and organizational priorities.
- You will contribute to incident response and service restoration, ensuring platform failures are swiftly resolved and that post-incident reviews, root cause analyses, and follow-up actions are translated into durable platform improvements.
- Acting as a bridge between development and operations, you will convert engineering insights and operational learnings into improved automation, hardened infrastructure, and increasingly self-healing platform capabilities.
- You will be part of the Solution Delivery team, driving the evolution of CTS platform engineering toward scalable, secure, and technology-driven continuous delivery.
