Sales Manager

Scalepex is a fast-growing consulting and workforce solutions company helping organizations scale their teams, improve operations, and reduce costs. We provide high-touch, customized solutions across technology consulting, nearshore delivery, professional services, and BPO.

With delivery capabilities across the U.S. and Mexico, Scalepex gives clients access to high-quality talent, cost-efficient solutions, and teams that operate within aligned North American time zones.

The Opportunity

Scalepex is looking for a driven Sales Manager to help accelerate our next stage of growth.

This is a hands-on business development role focused primarily on winning new clients, opening new accounts, and generating revenue. We are looking for someone who enjoys prospecting, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and turning conversations into long-term client partnerships.

The ideal candidate has experience selling staffing, consulting, technology services, nearshore/offshore solutions, BPO, or other professional services.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a strategy to acquire new Scalepex clients.
• Prospect and build relationships with executives and decision-makers across target accounts.
• Generate opportunities through outbound calling, email, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and industry relationships.
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges, hiring needs, operational requirements, and growth initiatives.
• Position Scalepex's U.S. and Mexico delivery capabilities as strategic solutions for clients looking to scale while controlling costs.
• Sell consulting, technology, professional staffing, nearshore, and BPO solutions.
• Develop proposals, pricing, presentations, and customized client solutions.
• Negotiate agreements and move opportunities from initial conversation through close.
• Partner closely with recruiting, operations, and leadership to ensure successful delivery.
• Expand relationships after the initial sale and identify additional opportunities within client organizations.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasts, and sales metrics.
• Represent Scalepex at networking events, client meetings, conferences, and other business development opportunities.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Proven success generating net-new business and revenue.
• Experience selling staffing, consulting, IT services, BPO, outsourcing, nearshore/offshore services, or professional services strongly preferred.
• Existing relationships with enterprise or mid-market decision-makers are a major plus.
• Strong prospecting and cold outreach skills.
• Ability to sell to executives across HR, Talent, Technology, Product, Operations, Finance, and other business functions.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Comfortable selling solutions rather than transactional services.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-growing organization.
• Self-motivated and comfortable being accountable to revenue and pipeline goals.
• Experience selling nearshore solutions in Mexico or Latin America is a plus.
