Head Of Marketing

About Us

UGLYCASH is the financial home for people who make money on the internet.

The way people work and make money has fundamentally changed. People build businesses online, freelance across borders, create content, sell products, and work remotely. Their banks were never designed around how they earn.

We believe opportunity should evolve with the people creating it.

We’re building financial services for this new generation of earners, especially those earning online and across borders, lack access to credit and the financial tools they need to grow.

We want to replace fine print with candid transparency, discrimination with global financial inclusion, and cold, distant institutions with a human connection to the people we serve.

Our mission goes deeper. We believe access to stable currency and financial opportunity is a human right. The internet has opened up entirely new ways for people around the world to earn. Now the financial system needs to catch up.

The Role

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to own UGLYCASH’s marketing and acquisition go-to-market, from the first time someone hears about us to the moment they become an active customer.

One person with the range to operate an entire growth team, using agents, automation, code, creativity, and good judgment.

You can find a customer insight, turn it into an offer, build the landing page, create the campaign, launch the ads, set up the email journey, instrument the funnel, and figure out what worked. Then build the systems that let you do it again, faster and at greater scale.

You don’t just use AI to produce marketing. You build agent-powered systems that help run it.

This is a senior, hands-on role with leadership-level ownership. You will own both the strategy and the execution. The plan is not to hire a department around you. It is to build an acquisition engine whose capacity grows through better systems and agents.

You’ll work directly with the founder and collaborate with product, engineering, and creative contributors. You won’t do every task alone, but you will own the outcome.

What You’ll Own

Acquisition strategy and execution.
Decide which customers to pursue, what offers and messages will resonate, and which channels deserve our attention and budget. Own the whole funnel: discovery, landing pages, signup, first funding, first income payment, and repeat use. Being capable across channels does not mean running all of them at once. Your job is to find what works and focus.

Product marketing and launches.
Understand how our customers earn and turn that understanding into positioning, messaging, landing pages, offers, and campaigns. Translate product capabilities into clear reasons to choose UGLYCASH. Own the marketing side of launches, from the initial customer insight through distribution and adoption.

Paid acquisition and conversion.
Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns yourself. Develop creative angles, test audiences and offers, improve landing pages, manage budgets, and connect spend to customer outcomes. Run disciplined tests before scaling. Know when to increase investment and when to stop.

Clipping, UGC, creators, and influencer strategy.
Build a repeatable process for finding and improving winning content rather than depending on the next viral hit.

Email marketing and lifecycle.
Build segmented, behavior-based email journeys that turn interest into signups and signups into active customers. Own onboarding, activation, product education, referrals, and reactivation campaigns. Make the message relevant to what the customer needs and what they have actually done.

The agent-powered growth system.
Build and maintain workflows for customer research, creative variations, creator discovery, outreach preparation, campaign operations, reporting, and experiment analysis. Connect these workflows so that what we learn informs what we do next. Keep human judgment where it matters, with clear controls around spending, publishing, customer data, and financial claims.

The technical implementation.
Ship landing pages, connect tools through APIs, build automations, write scripts, query data, and set up tracking. Use AI to move faster, but understand and debug what you deploy. Work independently wherever possible and partner with engineering when experiments require changes to the core product.

Measurement and learning.
Own acquisition cost, funnel conversion, activation, channel performance, and the quality of customers acquired. Understand which campaigns bring people who fund their accounts, receive income, stay, and generate revenue. Build reporting that helps us make decisions, not just present activity.

Requirements

Who You Are

A marketer who builds.
You understand positioning, creative, distribution, and conversion, and you have the technical ability to implement your ideas. You do not stop at a brief or wait for a team to turn every idea into a test.

Deeply agent-native.
You have built useful agents and automated workflows, not just experimented with prompts. You know how to connect tools, provide context, evaluate outputs, handle failures, and improve a system over time.

Broad enough to own the funnel. Sharp enough to prioritize.
You can move between paid ads, product marketing, email, content, creators, analytics, and technical execution. You do not need to be equally expert in everything, but you need the ability to learn, ship, and take responsibility across the whole funnel.

Creative, with real taste.
You understand internet culture, attention, and what makes something worth watching or sharing. You can scale production without losing authenticity or making UGLYCASH sound like every other AI-generated brand. More content is not automatically better marketing.

Commercially disciplined.
You care about customer quality, retention, margins, and acquisition payback. You know the difference between buying activity and building a business. A limited budget makes you more thoughtful, not helpless.

High-agency and accountable.
You identify what needs to happen, make decisions, and execute. You are comfortable testing an idea, admitting it failed, and changing direction. You can show us things you have built, campaigns you have run, and results you can explain.

What Success Looks Like

We have a clear understanding of which internet earners we can acquire, why they choose UGLYCASH, and what it costs to turn them into active customers.

We have one or two repeatable acquisition approaches, a stronger conversion and activation funnel, and a growing set of agent-powered workflows that make each new experiment easier to run.

Your success is not measured by how many campaigns you launch or how much content you produce. It is measured by the customers you bring in, the economics of acquiring them, and the system you build to keep doing it.

Benefits

This is an opportunity to take real ownership of UGLYCASH’s growth and participate in the long-term upside of what we’re building.

• Competitive compensation: $150,000 - $200,000
• Meaningful equity: An opportunity to own a stake in the company and share in the value you help create.
• Potential token upside: Additional token-based incentives, subject to applicable plans.

You’ll work directly with the founder, with the autonomy to experiment, execute, and shape how UGLYCASH reaches its customers.

We’re looking for someone who thinks like a founder, builds like an engineer, and understands how to turn attention into customers.
