About the Role: The Sales Executive plays a key role in driving Bosta’s growth by acquiring and activating new merchants onto Bosta Fulfillment
and grow the monthly order volume we handle. You will own the full new-business cycle, from prospecting to the merchant's first live orders in our warehouse.Bosta Fulfillment stores merchants' inventory, picks, packs and ships their orders, and handles returns. Job Responsibilities
-
Build and work a pipeline of new merchants across all segments: SMEs, growing e-
commerce brands, social-commerce sellers and large brands. -
Qualify every lead on fulfillment fit: monthly order volume, SKU count, product size
and storage needs, and current logistics setup. -
Run discovery meetings in person and online to map the merchant's order flow, pain
points and growth plans. -
Build proposals and pricing for storage, pick-and-pack, shipping and returns, within

Negotiate and close contracts, aiming for realistic volume commitments rather than
one-off trial orders. -
Hand over signed merchants to onboarding and operations with clear volume

Follow each new merchant through inbound stock, system integration and first orders
until they reach target volume. -
Keep all leads, activities and deals updated in the CRM, and report weekly on pipeline
and forecast. -
Share market feedback with product, pricing and operations teams: competitor offers,
merchant objections and lost-deal reasons.
Job Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of B2B sales experience, mainly in 3PL, logistics, warehousing or
fulfillment.
