Agency Partner Manager

Tracksuit helps brands prove that brand building is worth it. We give marketing teams the data they need to make smarter decisions, earn internal credibility, and grow more sustainable businesses.

We're scaling fast across the US, UK, New Zealand, and Australia backed by world class investors. We can track those brands across markets to help our brand believers prove the power of brand wherever they are. Our team of Trackstars are collaborative, ambitious, and building something that genuinely matters. We live by "high care, high performance" we strive to be the best and look after each other while we do it.

👉 Agency partnerships is core to how we grow. The agencies we work with shape how their entire portfolio thinks about brand. We're looking for an Agency Partner Manager to help build it: sourcing and growing agency relationships across the US and Canada, and shaping how Tracksuit shows up across the agency landscape from close to the ground up.

As one of Australasia's fastest-growing startups, we have assembled a world-class team of kind, ambitious, and sharp people. We're still in a high-growth phase, expanding fast across the US, UK, and ANZ - and there's real opportunity to shape how we do this.

Are you Tracksuit’s new Agency Partner Manager

You'll own a portfolio of agency relationships across the US and Canada, from first conversation through to referred pipeline and revenue. That means:

Partner acquisition and portfolio growth

• Source, qualify, and acquire new agency partners through outbound and inbound effort
• Own your regional pipeline and referral targets, and track your own performance against them
• Work closely with Sales to support partner-influenced deals through to close

Relationship management and enablement

• Onboard and enable partners so they get real value from Tracksuit, not just access to it
• Run the ongoing cadence, check-ins, QBRs, and value-add touchpoints, across a high volume of partners
• Be the go-to contact for your partners, and their advocate internally

Strategy and scale

• Design and run engagement initiatives that work across a portfolio, not just your top few accounts
• Use data to prioritise where your time will have the most impact
• Bring a test-and-learn mindset, and the confidence to change course when something isn't working

Cross-functional collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Customer, Marketing, and Product to keep the partner and customer experience joined up
• Feed partner insight back into product, marketing, and strategy
• Keep your reporting sharp and current across HubSpot and our internal tools

Who you are:

• We’re looking for an engaging, strategic and thoughtful human to speak the language of agencies and be a true champion of our partners and customers’s brands; so you will naturally have an excellent understanding and hands-on experience across the agency landscape in US and Canada.
• You’ll love building 1:1 relationships and will be well equipped with excellent communication & presentation skills with the ability to adjust content, tone, language and presentation collateral to suit a range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Great commercial acumen; you’ll be motivated by revenue growth and come from an agency account or new business, direct sales, strategic or channel partnerships background and have a good understanding of budgets.
• You're organised enough to manage a high volume of relationships without letting any of them go cold
• This role wears lots of hats (sales management, relationship management, marketing, ops) and you need to be comfortable getting your hands dirty.
• A kind, smart and genuine human with a growth mindset.
• You thrive in fast-paced environments and, as an early team member, are excited at the prospect of having a tangible impact on Tracksuit’s culture.
• You understand why investing in brand is critical to a business’ success (and why it’s important to track, i.e. why Tracksuit exists!)

Why you'll love it here:

• ESOP for everyone: Every Trackstar has a share in our success,  from day one.
• Progressive health and wellness benefits: Including an annual $300 wellness bonus, access to a premium EAP platform, and 6 weeks of PTO
• Generous parental benefits: 12 weeks of paid Parental Leave in additional to legal entitlement, additional sick leave for IVF, gradual return to work.
• L&D budget: Your growth matters to us.
• Flexible working: We have beautiful offices in New York, London, Sydney and Auckland. We are office first but offer full flexibility day to day.
• High care, high performance culture: Big ambitions, real support. We push each other to be brilliant and look after each other while we do it. Most importantly, when you join, you’ll receive an epic Tracksuit which reflects our vibe. We are built for speed and comfort, we're fun and informal, and we're practical and ready for anything.
