Freelancer

We're looking for you: an experienced expert who wants to work as a freelancer within Nitor's curated community. To do meaningful work, on your own terms, without the noise. If you have a strong background in digital solutions, Nitor G.O.A.T. Collective might have been built just for you.

Not just gigs, but impressive solutions

Nitor G.O.A.T. Collective isn't a recruitment pipeline. It's not an anonymous freelancer pool either. It's an invitation-only community with one core belief: you're a maker, not a resource. Projects here run long enough that you get to see the impact of your work and feel ownership over what you build.

We're particularly looking for expertise in 👉

• Senior-level application development & architecture
• Data, analytics and AI
• Cross-platformmobile development (React Native)
• Cloud and infrastructure solutions
• Technical project management and product ownership
• Test automation & QA

Turning good stories great

We build sustainable digital success for our clients with solutions that adapt, evolve and scale with their business.

Our clients are Finnish and international organisations doing work that actually matters. The projects are long and challenging - and that's exactly what makes them rewarding.

No lonely wolf

Freelancing doesn't have to mean going it alone. Most projects put you alongside Nitoreans who bring the same drive and standards. You get the independence and the support.

Here's how it works:

1. Express your interest: Send us your CV or reach out directly.
2. Getting to know each other: You'll first meet a Nitor People Partner. An open conversation about what you're looking for and what we can offer.
3. You're in: When a project is a good fit, we agree on clear terms. You'll have a dedicated contact at Nitor throughout the project.
4. You stay in the loop: When the project ends, you don't disappear from the picture. You're now part of the Nitor G.O.A.T. Collective, and among the first to hear when new projects open up.
