- Responsible for effectively adhering to, communicating, and maintaining R&D department policies.
- Conduct tests in the R&D kitchen and develop new products as per the instructions provided.
- Generate product specifications in compliance with Organization standards and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Support the department during regulatory and customer audits by managing comprehensive documentation for assigned categories.
- Approve new suppliers and raw materials in accordance with instructions from the R&D Manager.
- Improve and enhance existing products through continuous development initiatives.
- Maintain and update all master data within the department, including labels, ingredients, specifications, and recipes.
