The Role

We're looking for an experienced, people-focused Head of B2B Sales to lead our Arrive for Business team in Germany. This isn't just a management role, it's a chance to be the face of the German market within a thriving international organisation.

In this key leadership position, you will lead the German B2B function, managing one Team Leader and a dedicated B2B sales team to ensure operational excellence and high performance at every level. Beyond overseeing core operations, you will lead our pivot into the Upmarket and Mid-Market segments. This requires a pragmatic, visible leader who possesses the commercial drive to secure high-impact accounts that drive long-term revenue, moving beyond purely transactional cycles.

Reporting into the Regional Director South & DACH, you will collaborate with peers from Austria, Switzerland, Italy, and Spain to drive regional success, while serving as part of a global leadership team.

How to Make an Impact

• Hands-on Leadership (70% Operational Focus): You are a visible, accessible leader on the sales floor who actively drives operational excellence. You spend time directly involved in the sales motion, joining customer-facing meetings, shadowing reps, reviewing call recordings, and driving the outbound engine from lead generation to closing.

• Upmarket & Outbound Focus: Define and execute a targeted strategy for the Upmarket and Mid-Market segments. You will build a solid cold outbound motion, establish pipeline standards, and personally lead the way, ensuring the team's processes align with the complexity of higher-value deals.

• Team Leadership & Development: Lead, actively recruit, coach, and inspire the sales team including directly managing a Team Leader who oversees part of the team. You prioritize commercial upskilling, emotional intelligence, and guiding reps as they transition from micro/small to Mid-Market/Large deals.

• Strategic Execution & Local Roadmap: Take full ownership of B2B revenue in the German market, including budget planning and goal setting and further define the commercial roadmap for Germany.

• Global Voice: Represent the German market within Arrive’s international business, collaborating with global leadership, cross-functional stakeholders to influence direction.

• Operational Excellence: Ensure the effective use of the CRM and structured sales processes to maximize team efficiency, activity tracking, and forecasting accuracy.

About You

You are a proven, expert leader with a passion for people development, technology, and mobility. You thrive in a growth-focused, autonomous environment and possess a "growth mindset" that prioritizes collaboration, empathy, and coaching. You are pragmatic, enjoy building foundations for success, and are excited by the prospect of driving local impact using the resources of a world-class global team. Your ability to balance high-level strategy with day-to-day floor presence ensures that every team member achieves their full potential.

Your Background

• Proven B2B Sales Leadership: Strong B2B sales leadership experience with a track record of exceeding business goals, ideally in B2B SaaS, tech platforms, or high-velocity sales environments.

• Upmarket & Outbound Track Record: Success pivoting sales teams from high-volume transactional cycles to a mid-market/corporate model that secures high-impact, long-term revenue.

• People-First Management: Extensive experience in hands-on leadership with a genuine ability to coach, inspire, and develop sales reps through live deal support, call reviews, and structured routines.

• Strategic & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset utilizing a data-driven approach to decision-making, CRM governance, and pipeline execution.

• Language Skills: Native or business-fluent German and fluent English are essential for success in this role.

• International Environment: Prior experience working within international teams.
