The core responsibilities of this role include: 1 year MINIMUM experience safely operating an Order Picker, Reach Truck and Dock Stocker.
Position: First (1) Shift, Forklift Operator
Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm, Monday-Friday (overtime is based on business needs)
Pay: $21.35 per hour
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:
At least 6 month’s experience with a WMS (Warehouse Management System) or similar systems such as JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, SAP, etc. Bilingual in English & Spanish a plus!

Forklift Operator:
o Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials using the following types of forklifts 80% of specified shift:
- Sit Down Forklifts
- Stand-Up Reach Trucks
- Center Rider Pallet Jacks
o Pick and prepare product for shipment ensuring the exact amount and the correct product is loaded.
- 20% of the volume is case picking, must be able to lift up to 50lbs comfortably.
o Keep appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy.
o Comply with all OSHA and MSDS standards.
o Verify load accuracy; check the load count, stability, and product damage, report variances as necessary.
o Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion
o Complete daily inspection of equipment.
o Perform additional duties as assigned.
Role Purpose:
What will you do in this role? Our Forklift Operators are responsible for moving stock from one area to another within our warehouse environment. You’ll load and unload shipments of various sizes, and you may use certain types of equipment such as stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts and electric pallet jacks.Our environment is team oriented, fast paced and safety focused.
