Therapist

Build the Practice You Want—Without Building It Alone.

Great therapy starts with supported therapists.

Edges Wellness is a collaborative mental health practice built for clinicians who want the freedom of independent practice without the isolation that often comes with it.

We believe therapists do their best work when they have clear expectations, responsive support, meaningful consultation, and colleagues who genuinely care about one another's success.

Our providers maintain autonomy over their clinical work while benefiting from shared systems, dedicated administrative support, and a culture of continual learning.

If you're looking for a practice where you can grow professionally, build meaningful relationships, and focus on excellent clinical care, we'd love to meet you.

Practice with Autonomy

• Build the caseload and schedule that fit your practice.
• Choose in-person, hybrid, or telehealth work.
• Practice from your own clinical orientation while benefiting from shared systems and support.
• Maintain the independence of private practice while being part of a collaborative community.

Clinical Community

Therapy can be deeply rewarding—but it shouldn't be professionally isolating.

At Edges, you'll find:

• Monthly consultation groups led by experienced clinicians.
• Colleagues who enjoy collaborating, consulting, and learning together.
• Leadership that is accessible, responsive, and invested in your success.
• Opportunities to contribute your ideas and help shape the future of the practice.

Shared Systems That Work

We've invested in systems that allow therapists to focus on clinical care.

Our providers benefit from:

• Structured onboarding designed to help you build confidence from day one.
• Dedicated Client Coordination that helps connect clients with the right providers.
• Administrative, credentialing, billing, and operational support.
• Clear expectations, transparent communication, and thoughtfully developed workflows.

Who We Serve

We are committed to providing affirming, culturally responsive therapy for LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, disabled, BIPOC, immigrant, and other historically marginalized communities.

We value clinicians who approach their work with humility, curiosity, cultural responsiveness, and a commitment to creating spaces where clients can show up fully as themselves.

What You'll Do

• Provide ethical, affirming psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and/or groups.
• Build and maintain a minimum caseload of 10 client sessions per week.
• Respond promptly to referrals and client communication.
• Complete documentation and billing in accordance with practice expectations.
• Participate as desired in consultation and contribute to a collaborative clinical community.
• Continue developing professionally through consultation, learning, and peer collaboration.

Requirements

You'll Thrive Here If You...

• Are fully licensed in Minnesota (LMFT, LICSW, LPCC, LP, or equivalent).
• Value both independence and collaboration.
• Appreciate clear expectations and shared systems that support quality care.
• Welcome consultation, feedback, and continual professional growth.
• Are committed to providing affirming, culturally responsive therapy.
• Enjoy contributing to a practice that is continually learning and improving.

Experience serving LGBTQIA+ communities, neurodivergent clients, individuals with chronic illness or disability, relational clients, or other underserved populations is highly valued, though we welcome clinicians with a wide range of specialties and clinical approaches.

We're looking for clinicians who value both independence and accountability—not because someone is watching, but because shared standards create a better experience for clients, colleagues, and the practice as a whole.

Benefits

Why Edges?

We're intentionally building a practice that combines the flexibility of independent contracting with the support, collaboration, and shared standards that help both clinicians and clients thrive.

We believe exceptional therapy grows out of connection—between therapists and clients, among colleagues, and within a practice committed to continual learning.

We're building more than a group practice. We're building a community of clinicians who believe excellent care happens through connection, curiosity, and continual growth.

If that sounds like the kind of place where you'd do your best work, we'd love to meet you.
