The Role
We're hiring a high-energy Business Development Representative to join our Cape Town CBD sales floor. You'll work the US business day (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM SAST), engaging directly with qualified leads and guiding them through our streamlined funding process. - Qualify B2B prospects using Fundwell's proven sales playbook
- Consult, influence, and close — not just talk
- Collaborate with team leads to consistently exceed monthly targets
- Maintain accurate, detailed records in our CRM system
- Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative office culture
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced sales environment (B2B preferred)
- A neutral, confident English accent suited to engaging US-based CEOs and executives
- The stamina and mindset for high-volume outreach — you see "no" as a stepping stone
- Strong pipeline discipline and CRM habits
- Full commitment to our on-site shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00PM SAST, Monday to Friday
