Funding Specialist

Join a thriving team.

Fundwell is a fast growing US fintech funding small businesses right across America, and our Cape Town closing floor is scaling quickly. We're a forward thinking company using smart technology to connect business owners with the funding they need, and we're building a team of talented closers to grow with us. If you love closing and want to be part of a vibrant, high performing floor where success is celebrated and rewarded, Fundwell could be the perfect place for you to thrive.

The leads come to you, warm and qualified. No cold dialling, no chasing. A US business owner is already interested and waiting to talk, and your job is to guide the conversation and bring the deal home. You'll own the full close: consultation, negotiation, structuring the right funding solution, handling objections, and getting the deal funded.

You won't be doing it alone. You'll have proper onboarding, hands on coaching, and a team that genuinely pushes each other to be better. We invest in our people, because when you win, we all win.
