Program Manager

Sell what you love. For us and millions of users across the globe, that’s Spotify. Join the Sales team and you’ll build the relationships that help grow our business in existing markets and beyond. We don’t just sell creative solutions to our clients and partners, we help to shape them; using our expert knowledge of ad products, sales channels and the industry to impact the way the world experiences music and podcasts.
Podcast Sales Strategy & Solutions (PS3) shapes how Spotify brings podcast advertising to market. We partner across sales, content, talent, and operations to set the strategy behind our podcast ad business, from developing and pricing new ad formats to positioning our show portfolio, launching new shows, and giving sales teams the insight and tools they need to grow revenue
We’re looking for a Program Manager to drive key podcast ad operations across The Ringer portfolio. You’ll connect Spotify’s sales organization with content, talent, and operations teams, keeping high-volume approvals and booking workflows moving while helping our sales teams understand what can run, where, and when. You’ll be close to the full lifecycle of podcast advertising and help make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You'll Do

• Manage Integrated Solutions approvals and vetting across The Ringer podcast portfolio, triaging incoming sponsorship requests, coordinating with the right partners, and tracking requests through resolution.
• Maintain a clear view of approvals across formats and shows, including what is approved, declined, pending, or escalated.
• Be a day-to-day partner to sales teams on approval timelines, show availability, booking logistics, and podcast advertising formats, and help resolve campaign-specific blockers.
• Serve as a key connection between Spotify’s sales organization and The Ringer Studios Business Operations team, translating new formats, processes, and advertising products into clear and consistent execution.
• Manage The Ringer Podcast Booking Calendar, including inbound holds and bookings, new shows, editorial calendar updates, and post-sale booking changes.
• Coordinate the PS3 workstream for new Ringer show launches, partnering across pricing, talent preferences, Creative Operations, sales enablement, and go-to-market readiness.
• Support new advertising format rollouts and maintain accurate sales resources, including show sheets, FAQs, format guidance, booking tools, and other enablement materials.
• Use campaign, booking, inventory, and revenue information to identify discrepancies, surface recurring questions, and improve the consistency and efficiency of day-to-day processes.

Who You Are

• You have 3+ years of experience in media operations, advertising operations, sales support, program management, or another coordination-heavy environment.
• You’re comfortable partnering closely with sales teams and can translate what a seller needs into clear operational next steps.
