Content Optimization & AI Search Supervisor

Why We Stand Out

Seeking a career-defining opportunity where your leadership, strategic vision, and client expertise are recognized and rewarded? Kaufman Rossin might be just the place for you.

As one of the top accounting firms in the country, our foundation is “people first.” In the words of James Kaufman, “we prioritize our people, their development, and their well-being. Our values are translated into action every day.”

Kaufman Rossin is a privately owned, independent public accounting firm, which means we are not beholden to outside investors or private equity influence. This independence allows us to prioritize long-term client relationships, maintain objectivity in our advisory approach, and make strategic decisions that benefit our people and clients, not external stakeholders. Our structure fosters agility, entrepreneurial thinking, and a collaborative culture where leadership is accessible, and innovation is encouraged.

Celebrated as the Best Place to Work in South Florida over a dozen times, Kaufman Rossin has grown to over 700 employees, with offices spanning the tri-county area, including sister entities Kaufman Rossin Wealth and Kaufman Rossin Alternative Investment Services.

How You’ll Contribute:

The Supervisor, Content Optimization & AI Search is Kaufman Rossin's subject matter expert on making firm content perform in search — both traditional search (SEO) and the AI answer engines our clients use to find advisors, including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot, and AI Overviews (GEO/AEO).

The role has two objectives. The first is to understand and improve how firm content performs across digital channels — web, social, paid, and email — and to recommend the changes that will make it more visible, more useful, and more likely to be cited. The second is to improve the tools the firm uses to create content, so first drafts are on brand and optimized for search and AI retrieval.

This is an optimization role, not an authoring role. The Supervisor does not generate content. Prior hands-on content creation experience is a plus, but the focus is diagnosis, recommendation, tooling, and enablement. The Supervisor works alongside channel subject matter experts in Marketing Operations such as web, digital advertising, and social who own the technical performance of their channels. This role brings the SEO and GEO lens to each of them.

Content Optimization for SEO & GEO

• Analyze how firm content performs across digital channels and identify where it is not being found, understood, or cited; translate the findings into prioritized, specific recommendations.
