Why Siepe
Siepe is a fast-growing technology company helping investment managers turn complexity into clarity. We build software and data solutions that give hedge funds and financial services firms the real-time insights and operational visibility they need to make better decisions faster.
Our clients manage billions in assets and rely on Siepe for critical technology, data, and operational workflows. We serve sophisticated global clients and move quickly, challenge how things are done, and give people meaningful ownership and the opportunity to make a real impact.
What You'll Get
Impactful work on problems that matter. Direct visibility into how your contributions affect clients and real input on decisions. Competitive pay, great benefits, and opportunities to learn and take on more as Siepe grows. Teammates who are sharp and collaborative, whether they come from the industry or are charting a new path entirely. You will get to be part of a culture that blends fun with purpose!
How We Show Up
We lead with trust, transparency, and a team-first mindset. We communicate early, follow through on our commitments, and take ownership of outcomes - not just execute. When there’s a problem, we bring ideas and solutions, ask the next question, and keep things moving. We stay curious, challenge ideas, and prioritize what’s best for our clients and Siepe. We move with urgency, learn as we go, and work together to leave things better than we found them.
Who We Are Looking For
We’re hiring a full-stack Software Engineer with a strong backend focus to help shape our CLO compliance platform - from the services, data, and business logic behind it to the Angular dashboards, exception workflows, configuration, and reporting investment managers rely on daily. You’ll use AI as a core part of your engineering workflow - directing it, reviewing its output, and holding it to the same standards as any experienced developer. In compliance, incorrect data has real consequences, which is exactly what makes this work matter. You Architect. AI Executes. You Build What AI Can't!
What You’ll Be Doing
-
Describe features with enough precision that AI delivers correct Angular components, validation logic, and state management on the first pass.
-
Define rich, integrated test scenarios not just happy paths with clear coverage expectations that AI generates and you validate.
-
Set nonfunctional requirements up front: response times, bundle budgets, accessibility scores, rendering thresholds and enforce them through automated checks.
