Why Siepe
Siepe is a fast-growing technology company helping investment managers turn complexity into clarity. We build software and data solutions that give hedge funds and financial services firms the real-time insights and operational visibility they need to make better decisions faster.
Our clients manage billions in assets and rely on Siepe for critical technology, data, and operational workflows. We serve sophisticated global clients and move quickly, challenge how things are done, and give people meaningful ownership and the opportunity to make a real impact.
What You'll Get
Impactful work on problems that matter. Direct visibility into how your contributions affect clients and real input on decisions. Competitive pay, great benefits, and opportunities to learn and take on more as Siepe grows. Teammates who are sharp and collaborative, whether they come from the industry or are charting a new path entirely. You will get to be part of a culture that blends fun with purpose!
How We Show Up
We lead with trust, transparency, and a team-first mindset. We communicate early, follow through on our commitments, and take ownership of outcomes - not just execute. When there’s a problem, we bring ideas and solutions, ask the next question, and keep things moving. We stay curious, challenge ideas, and prioritize what’s best for our clients and Siepe. We move with urgency, learn as we go, and work together to leave things better than we found them.
Who We Are Looking For
We’re looking for focused and committed individuals to join our data-driven global operations team as Siepe grows in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, you’ll support clients across the US and European private credit markets, along with the structured finance industry. This role requires non-standard working hours (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Malaysia time) to align with our clients’ business hours. You will have a hands-on experience with technology-enabled solutions and leading vendor platforms, along with access to training, resources, and coaching to help you build your knowledge and grow within the role.

-
Build your knowledge of key deal documents, like indentures, loan agreements, and prospectuses.
-
Create and review a variety of client reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
-
Develop a good understanding of data mapping and confidently resolve reconciliation issues.
