Who We Are Looking For

We’re looking for focused and committed individuals to join our data-driven global operations team as Siepe grows in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In this role, you’ll support clients across the US and European private credit markets, along with the structured finance industry. You’ll join our Operations - Collateral Administration team, supporting CLO, private credit and structured finance clients with portfolio monitoring, compliance testing and daily reporting. This role requires non-standard working hours (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Malaysia time) to align with our clients’ business hours. You will have hands-on experience with technology-enabled solutions and leading vendor platforms, along with access to training, resources, and coaching to help you build your knowledge and grow within the role.

What You'll Be Doing

• Handle daily reconciliation of cash and loan trades through Siepe’s financial technology platform.

• Settle trades and double-check trade bookings.

• Prepare cash reports and other deliverables in a timely manner for assigned tasks.
