Allata is a global consulting and technology services firm founded in 2016, with 350+ employees across the US, India, and Argentina. We partner with some of the world's largest enterprises to move AI from idea to production — building intelligent agents, data foundations, and governance frameworks that scale.
Our teams work at the intersection of strategy, engineering, data, and design, helping clients modernize their technology, unlock data value, and create meaningful digital experiences. At Allata, you'll join an agile, cross-functional team that works closely alongside clients — making a real impact and building lasting partnerships.
Allata is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join a client product team and contribute to the development of a modern, cloud-based technology platform.
This role is ideal for a developer who enjoys owning features from concept to production and is comfortable working across frontend and backend layers. You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams in an environment that values clean engineering practices, continuous delivery, and thoughtful use of modern development tools.
The ideal candidate combines strong full stack fundamentals with a product mindset, takes ownership of the quality of their work, and knows how to leverage AI coding assistants effectively while applying sound technical judgment to their output.
Responsibilities
- Deliver features end-to-end across the application stack, from Figma designs through frontend and backend implementation to production.
- Build and maintain frontend functionality using Angular 15, Nx, RxJS, and NgRx.
- Develop backend services using Java 21 and Spring Boot 3, working with microservices and MongoDB.
- Integrate services through REST APIs, including Feign-based integrations, as well as event-driven communication using AWS SQS/SNS.
- Write and maintain automated tests using Jest, JUnit, and Mockito as part of every development cycle.
- Deliver functionality behind feature flags using tools such as ConfigCat.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards through Bitbucket pull requests.
- Keep CI pipelines healthy and address build or test failures promptly.
- Use AI coding assistants as part of the daily development workflow to accelerate implementation, testing, debugging, and code review.
- Validate AI-generated code and recommendations, taking ownership of the quality, security, maintainability, and correctness of the final implementation.
Hard Skills - Must have:
- Strong experience with TypeScript and Angular 14+.
