HR Technology Project Manager

Helprise is an organization that combines global reach with local talent. We work for companies that value quality, partnership, and responsibility, creating teams that really work. By precisely matching skills and business needs, we connect specialists with projects where their knowledge has a real impact. • Coordinate cross‑functional teams across HR, IT, Data, vendors and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

• Oversee delivery of automation solutions using SAP SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, ServiceNow HRSD, DOXIS, DocuSign/Scrive, Snowflake and ThoughtSpot.
• Ensure readiness for go‑live, including testing, documentation, training, change management and cutover coordination.
• Collaborate with vendors and partners, ensuring they deliver according to scope, timeline and quality expectations.
• Monitor progress and report status, providing transparent updates to leadership and ensuring delivery discipline.
• Support adoption and operationalisation of implemented automation and AI solutions across HR teams.
