Product Manager

Who We Are

Overflow is a Series C, growth-stage technology company on a bold mission: to inspire the world to give. We're a vertical fintech and SaaS platform unlocking more ways to give — cash, stock, crypto, and beyond — through a beautifully designed ecosystem built for high-impact churches, nonprofits, and mission-driven institutions.

Backed by Uncork Capital, Craft Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, R7, and WIF (one of the largest lenders to faith and philanthropic organizations in the country), we're building the infrastructure that makes generosity frictionless at scale.

Our Founding Principles

Overflow was founded on the belief that generosity transforms people and communities. Inspired by Proverbs 11:24 — "The world of the generous gets larger and larger" — we operate with integrity, stewardship, service, and excellence.

How We Work

Overflow operates with a flexible work model. While there is no company-wide in-office requirement, some teams may establish in-person collaboration rhythms based on their function, goals, and team needs.

We maintain offices in Los Gatos, CA and Birmingham, AL for team collaboration, coworking, meetings, and intentional in-person connection.

The Role

We're looking for a Product Manager, Growth to own how new churches discover, sign up for, and grow into Overflow — without a salesperson holding their hand. Reporting to our Head of Product, you'll own the entire self-serve journey: signup, onboarding, activation, self-service account management, billing, and the end-to-end customer journey.

Your customer is the church operator navigating our product on their own, and your job is to make that path so smooth they succeed before they ever need to ask for help. This is a metrics-driven, experiment-heavy role for someone who loves turning funnel friction into growth.

What You Will Do

• Own the self-serve funnel: signup, onboarding, activation, and the path to a church successfully collecting its first gifts.

• Run experiments: hypothesize, build, measure, and iterate on conversion and activation — you live in the data.

• Own self-service and billing: the flows that let customers manage their own accounts, plans, and payments without friction.

• Map and improve the customer journey: find the drop-off points and the moments that matter, and fix them.

• Partner closely with Product Marketing on positioning, messaging, and the activation narrative — and with engineering and design to ship.

• Own your metrics: signup conversion, activation rate, time-to-value, and self-serve retention.

What You Should Have

• Product management experience with a clear growth, PLG, or funnel focus — you've owned activation or conversion metrics before.

• Genuine fluency with data and experimentation — you're comfortable defining metrics and designing tests, not just reading dashboards.

• Strong instincts for self-serve UX — you know what makes onboarding click and what makes people bounce.

• Familiarity with billing and subscription flows.

• A bias to ship and learn over plan and debate.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Alignment with Overflow's mission, values, and commitment to hybrid work.

It'd Be Nice If You Had

• Experience with PLG SaaS, or building for non-technical / SMB-style operators.

• Exposure to fintech, payments, or nonprofit-tech contexts.

• Experience scaling growth at a Series B/C SaaS company.

Our Compensation Philosophy

Overflow's compensation philosophy is rooted in Carta Total Compensation benchmarks, ensuring pay that is competitive by role, geography, and function. Actual compensation may vary based on factors including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and market data.

Total compensation may also include equity, performance-based bonuses (for eligible roles), and a comprehensive benefits package. As a Series C company, we believe equity is a meaningful part of building long-term ownership — when Overflow wins, our team should share in that upside.

Benefits & Perks

Overflow offers a thoughtful benefits package designed to support your well-being, growth, and life outside of work, including:

• Competitive base salary with equity eligibility

• Medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents

• Generous paid time off and company holidays

• Paid parental leave

• 401(k) retirement plan

• Dedicated mental health and therapy stipend to support personal well-being

• Team retreats and intentional in-person gatherings throughout the year

Overflow is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
