Summary

We’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive to own a high-velocity mid-size sales motion across Greater China and Hong Kong - from prospecting and discovery through close and account expansion. You will sell Firework’s AI-powered video commerce platform alongside content services, helping brands and retailers turn business goals into practical, high-impact solutions. Success in this role requires building pipeline consistently, managing multiple opportunities in parallel, moving deals forward with urgency, and delivering against monthly and quarterly revenue targets. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on seller who thrives in a fast-moving start-up environment and enjoys closing business at pace.

What you’ll be doing

• Build and manage a high-volume pipeline of mid-size opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting, inbound opportunities, referrals, and partner channels

• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and qualification through discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close, with a focus on maintaining momentum and shortening time to revenue

• Manage multiple active opportunities at once, maintain disciplined follow-up, and keep accurate pipeline, activity, next-step, and forecast data in Salesforce

• Lead consultative discovery to understand customer goals across commerce, marketing, content, and digital engagement, then package the right combination of Firework technology, creative services, and professional services

• Develop compelling presentations, demos, proposals, pricing packages, and scopes of work that clearly connect Firework’s capabilities and services to measurable customer outcomes

• Partner closely with Marketing, Customer Success, Creative Services, and Integration Solutions to move opportunities efficiently from sale through launch, while identifying expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts

We’ll be excited if you have

• 2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a high-velocity mid-market or enterprise sales environment

• Experience selling a combination of SaaS, creative services, professional services, digital services, agency solutions, or other consultative offerings where the seller helps shape scope, pricing, and the overall customer solution

• Strong pipeline-generation and deal-management discipline, with the ability to prospect consistently, manage a larger volume of opportunities, prioritize effectively, and keep deals moving

• Strong consultative selling and communication skills, with the ability to uncover business needs, present compelling solutions, handle objections, negotiate commercial terms, and close decisively

• Strong technical aptitude with comfort leveraging AI tools and discussing APIs, SDKs, tag managers, and platform integrations at a conceptual level with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Start-up mentality; you are hands-on, resourceful, team-oriented, resilient, comfortable with change, and energized by speed, ownership, and ambitious growth goals

• Must be fluent in English and Mandarin

Location

The role is remote and can be based in Eastern China, Northern China, or Hong Kong.
