- Lead month-end, quarterly and year-end closing within set timelines.
- Prepare IFRS-compliant financial statements, including consolidated Group accounts and revenue recognition for property sales.
- Track project costs, cost-to-complete, profitability and budget vs. actual variances.
- Manage escrow operations and ensure RERA/DLD compliance, including submissions to banks, consultants, and regulators.
- Ensure timely VAT and Corporate Tax computation and filing with the FTA, in coordination with tax advisors.
- Coordinate statutory, escrow, regulatory and bank audits, and act as the key contact for auditors.
- Lead annual budgets, reforecasts and cash flow forecasts for the Group and each project.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports with variance analysis, sales, collection, and payables reports.
- Supervise accounts payable and receivable, including contractor payments, retention, advances, and overdue balances.
- Manage the ERP system, drive process automation, and ensure e-invoicing readiness.
- Work closely with the Finance Controller to support financial control, audit readiness, and timely, accurate reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of finance experience in the luxury or real estate sector, including 5+ years in financial reporting, MIS, taxation, statutory audits, and real estate accounting.
- Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, including annual budgeting, reforecasting, cash flow forecasting, and budget-versus-actual variance analysis.
