Field & Event Marketer

Netic is the AI revenue engine for essential services who are the backbone of the American economy. With $43M in funding from Founders Fund, Greylock, Hanabi, and Dylan Field who led our Series B, we helped our customers book hundreds of thousands of jobs across services industries in North America. There are now companies operating entirely AI-first on Netic.

You’ll join our team with relentless builders from Scale, Databricks, HRT, Meta, MIT, Stanford, and Harvard in bringing frontier AI to the physical economy, where the problems are hard, the data is complex, and the impact is immediate and tangible.

About the role

Netic sells into the real world. Our best customers run businesses where trust is earned in person, relationships compound over time, and the biggest opportunities show up when you’re in the room.

That’s where you come in.

As our Founding Field & Event Marketer, you’ll build one of the most critical parts of Netic’s go-to-market engine from scratch. This is a rare chance to define how a category-defining AI company shows up in person and turn real-world interactions into a durable growth engine.

You’ll create the playbooks that bring in new buyers, deepen our partner ecosystem, and turn customers into raving fans. You’ll own our presence at major tradeshows, regional events, and Netic-hosted programs, delivering experiences that feel premium, convert demand, and build lasting customer love.

We’re looking for someone who’s equal parts visionary and operator. You’ll define what “Netic in the real world” feels like and sweat the details that make us unforgettable.

What you’ll do

• Partner with Sales to bring prospects into and down the funnel. Build programs around the right accounts and territories, set a high bar for execution, and equip AEs with playbooks and tools to win in their territories.

• Own the end-to-end field and events playbook. Lead strategy and execution across major tradeshows, sponsored activations, regional meetups, and Netic-hosted events, delivering standout customer experiences and strong ROI every time.

• Own performance and outcomes. Define goals, track results, and run post-event retros to optimize every program. You’ll be accountable for the full health of your program.

• Bring high levels of taste and operational excellence. Pair sharp creative instincts with relentless attention to detail, from concept to run-of-show, so every touchpoint feels premium and the trains run on time.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience in field and event marketing. You’ve built and executed high-impact field and event programs at scale, with a track record of driving real outcomes.

• Expert understanding of best in class execution of events logistics. You know how to make the trains run on time, and what makes an event really pop.

• Creative, buyer-obsessed thinking. The best marketing doesn’t blend in. You deeply understand your audience and design experiences that stand out and get talked about.

• Relentless operational excellence. Great ideas only matter when the execution is flawless. You sweat the details, run tight processes, and ensure every event delivers an incredible experience.

• Hustle and grit. You thrive in ambiguity, take ownership of new problems, and iterate quickly until you land what works.

• Exceptional cross-functional skills. You build strong partnerships with Sales and external partners to create programs that are aligned, high leverage, and easy to execute against.

• High-ownership leader. You set the standard, lead from the front, and take full accountability for outcomes.

• This role requires significant travel.

What brings us together is our commitment to:

• Live to build

• Run through walls and win

• Obsess over customers in each line of code

• Lose sleep over the "almost perfect"

• Show internal locus of control

• Prioritize finesse: refinement of first principles thinking, execution, and craftsmanship
