**TEAM MEMBER – SOUTHAMPTON AIRPORT, THE OLIVE TREE & STARBUCKS
**Previous Barista experience is preferred but not necessary.
Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour + as a little incentive, you will earn an extra £1.20 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, bringing your rate of pay to £14.05 per hour.
**Fixed- term contract till September with the possibility to become permanent.
**
**Shift patterns 5am - 13:00 & 13:00 - 22:00. Working flexibly across weekdays, weekends, bank and public holidays.
**Limited transport links for early morning shift, own transport is preferred.

**ABOUT YOU:

- 5 years of references and Criminal Record Check required.
- Due to some responsibilities within the Team Member role, applicants will need to be 18 years of age or over to perform certain tasks or work on certain shifts.
**ABOUT THE TEAM MEMBER ROLE:
**
- Engage with customers and provide an outstanding customer experience.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- At Least one years’ experience in a similar high-volume Hospitality or Retail role is preferred and / or Previous night shift experience is desirable.
- You will be required to work in both the Evergreen Bar and Starbucks.
