Key Duties & Responsibilities

Actively source and reach out to potential candidates through various channels including Linkedin, job boards, social media, and employee referrals
Schedule and coordinate interviews and other recruitment-related activities with candidates and interviewers
Communicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process to ensure a positive experience
Communicate hiring updates to Hiring Managers
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment strategy
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting data in our applicant tracking system (Lever)
Assist with other recruiting-related tasks as needed
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in a recruiting-related role
Understanding of engineering-related industries is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems
