About CloudTalk

CloudTalk is an AI-powered business phone system and AI Voice Agent platform built for sales and support teams. It brings business calling, AI-powered call intelligence, and autonomous AI voice agents together in one platform, helping small and mid-sized businesses make more calls, handle more conversations, and deliver better customer experiences.

Serving customers in 160+ countries, CloudTalk is backed by $36M in funding from leading investors, including KPN Ventures, Point Nine, and HenQ. We’re investing in making AI a natural part of every business conversation and helping companies get more value from every call.

With a team of 200 people, CloudTalk values growth, innovation, teamwork, customer focus, and human connection. The company moves fast, builds for the future, and cares deeply about creating products and a culture that people genuinely love.

About the role

Here, at CloudTalk, Product Management is not just any role. Being part of the CloudTalk R&D teams, means working within empowered and autonomous teams that are building the future of the business.

You’ll shape the future of AI + Human communication for our core Sales & Support segment and expand qualification & deflection-like cases in other industries. Join us and be a part of an amazing journey powered by world-class technology!

What you will do:

• Build a deep understanding of your core users through direct and indirect research.
• Craft a vision and strategy that contributes to our product strategy and drives measurable progress toward our business goals and customer outcomes.
• Translate this knowledge into a compelling, well-researched strategy & roadmap that achieves record-breaking growth for CloudTalk and industry-leading success for your customers’ businesses.
• Complete the day-to-day work that brings these ideas to the user - co-leading customer discovery alongside your peers in Product Management & Product Design, facilitating journey mapping sessions, identifying key, golden tasks for your user segment, and aligning both R&D and GTM teams around well-articulated solutions to customer problems.
• Collaborate with teammates in your team, other product teams, and key roles in Product Marketing, Customer Experience, and R&D to iteratively identify, validate, and define solutions to users’ day-to-day challenges.
• Collaborate, learn, & lead across R&D and CloudTalk-wide to level-up approaches and drive product-led decision-making.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B, preferably in audio, visual, or omnichannel communication, focusing on manager and operational user personas, and translating user needs into problems solved for these personas.
• A track record of measurable changes in user behaviour that drive your company’s & your customers’ business metrics.
• You have proven experience creating clear, compelling, and well-researched explanations of the business value, risks, user flows, and impact of multi-phase initiatives. Articulating complex problems in a digestible way.
• You focus on creating measurable outcomes and using qualitative & quantitative research to inform decisions. You’re as data-obsessed as your user-obsessed.
• You are a flexible communicator and are as comfortable in a call with a busy front-line Sales or Support team manager or in a strategic discussion with CloudTalk’s exec team.
• You work AI-fluently and can show it. You have concrete examples of workflows you've rebuilt — discovery synthesis, spec drafting, competitive analysis — and you can explain what you deliberately kept human and why.
• You catch what the model gets wrong. You've been burned by a confident, plausible, incorrect output and you can describe how you spotted it. You own everything you ship regardless of how it was produced.
• You are stress-resilient, focused & highly organized.

Why you will love to be a CloudTalker:

_Unlimited PTO that people actually take. Fully remote with four European hubs. A coach you can book, a career path in writing, and equity when you deliver. Here's the full package.
_

Get better, faster

• 💬 A coach you can actually book. Recurring 1-on-1 sessions with our resident coach. A real conversation about your career, on company time.
• 🛠️ You grow by shipping, and we build around that. Roughly 70% of your development comes from hands-on work on real problems. We back the rest with coaching and formal training, following the 70/20/10 model.
• 🪜 Promotions without guesswork. Our job-leveling framework is transparent: every level and its expectations, in writing. You'll always know what the next step requires and where you stand.
• 📈 A path to equity. In R&D, equity is earned, and the bar is public: deliver exceptional results and impact, and you get your stake. When the company wins, you win with it.

Work the way you work best

• 🌴 Unlimited PTO, and we mean it. Taking 30 days a year is normal here. Deliver beyond expectations, and you've bought yourself room for more.
• 🌍 Fully remote, offices optional. R&D works remotely by default. When you want a desk, a whiteboard, or other humans, our hubs in Bratislava, Brno, Prague, and Barcelona are open to you. No office-days quota.
• ⏰ Flexible hours, built around your team. Start early or shift late as life needs it. Be there for meetings and your team's core overlap; how you arrange the rest of your day is yours.
• 💻 Gear that doesn't fight you. A MacBook for work, plus a home-office allowance to build a setup you like sitting at.

Rest like you mean it

• 🔋 Recharge Fridays: 4 extra all-company days off a year. Once a quarter, everyone is off at the same time. You come back to zero pings, not a doubled backlog. That's the point.
• 🏃 Fitness allowance. Gym, climbing, yoga, whatever keeps you moving. You choose, we pay.

People worth staying for

• 💸 Up to €5,000 per referral. You know great engineers. When we hire one of them, you get paid for it.
• ✈️ Two offsites a year worth packing a bag for. The all-company offsite (last year: Tuscany 🇮🇹) plus a dedicated R&D offsite, both somewhere remote enough that people actually talk.
• ⚡ Hackathons twice a year. Two days to ship the idea you keep bringing up at lunch.
• 👕 Fresh CloudTalk swag every year, with a points system to earn more.

What to expect from our hiring process:

1. 30-min Call with our TA Team.
2. 60-min Interview with CPTO.
3. 90-min Product Challenge Interview (AI tools permitted and expected - we assess your judgement, not your unassisted output).
4. 45-min Culture Bar Raiser Call + 45-min Meet the Team scheduled back2back.
