Business Founder

At Hexa, we don’t just launch startups —we co-found them with ambitious entrepreneurs who want to build world-changing software companies.

With over 45 companies launched, including Aircall, Spendesk, and Front, and a combined valuation approaching $5bn, we’ve built a proven track record in SaaS, fintech, AI, and beyond. Now, we’re expanding into new fields like climate, healthtech, and edtech—and we’re looking for founders ready to take on these challenges.

- You’ll leverage our track record. With decades of experience launching category-defining companies, we’ve developed a playbook to de-risk and accelerate the process.

- You'll have access to a powerful network. From first hires to first customers to first investors, our ecosystem gives you an unfair advantage.

- We’ll back you financially. We provide the financial support you need to get your company off the ground, ensuring you're set for success from day one.

Are we the right fit for each other?

We partner with founders who are both bold and grounded—those who dream big, execute fast, and stay humble along the way. As we like to say: Eyes on the stars, feet on the ground.

A deep passion for software and technology is just as crucial. It’s not only what we build—it’s what drives us forward.
