The Program Manager is the operational engine behind one of our flagship programs, partnering with curriculum teams, internal colleagues, and external partners to turn learning objectives into an experience people remember. This role is made for someone who is equally energized by operational excellence and by working with high-caliber guest speakers and subject matter experts who bring the Principles of Human Progress to life.

Through the Program Manager's leadership, programs run seamlessly from design to delivery, the team is set up to do its best work, and data-informed decisions keep raising the bar on the product and the talent behind it. The result is a stronger pipeline of principled, capable leaders ready to advance the liberty movement. 

How You Will Contribute

• Lead the implementation and ongoing management of a portion of Scaled Education’s portfolio of programs and products, ensuring they effectively reach target audiences and deliver measurable impact over time.

• Drive operational excellence across the program production cycle by optimizing workflows, resources, and division of responsibilities to enable team members to deliver their best work.

• Develop and maintain robust knowledge systems, including metrics, reporting, and analysis, to inform decision-making, evaluate program effectiveness, and strengthen talent investments.

• Partner with curriculum teams to establish clear program objectives aligned with each program’s value proposition, incorporating stakeholder feedback to improve the product and participant experience continuously.

• Lead high-quality program delivery by coordinating across internal teams and external partners and overseeing the development and execution of program materials, including workbooks, handouts, name tags, and other participant resources.

• Lead and support the program team in alignment with our vision and principles, fostering effective collaboration, continuous improvement, and the ongoing transformation of the program.

What You Will Bring

• 5+ years of experience with program management and coordination for large-scale programs

• Proven experience in program or project management, with a strong track record of operational excellence and leading project teams.

• Strong economic thinking skills ( opportunity costs, trade-offs, risk assessments, decision-making, optimization,etc. ) 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively collaborating with and coordinating between various stakeholders.

• Ability to coach and develop talent, leveraging frameworks to solve problems and teach others to do the same.

• Availability to be in person in Arlington, VA for key programmatic events.

• Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding our culture, which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect.
