Americans for Prosperity (AFP) is the premier grassroots organization focused on advocating solutions to the country’s greatest challenges. We recognize that tens of millions of Americans are frustrated with the extreme partisanship in government that keeps common-sense reforms from being passed, and instead seek to stand with policy leaders who are committed to finding a better way. Americans for Prosperity is part of the Stand Together philanthropic community.
America's next era of growth will be driven by energy abundance, technological innovation, and economic freedom. Decisions being made today about energy infrastructure, electricity markets, AI, permitting reform, and emerging technologies will shape our nation's competitiveness for decades to come.
Americans for Prosperity (AFP) is seeking a Senior Policy Fellow, Energy & Emerging Technology to lead policy development and thought leadership at the intersection of energy policy, technology policy, artificial intelligence, regulatory reform, and economic growth. In this role, you'll shape public debate, influence policymakers, and develop market-based solutions that remove barriers to innovation and opportunity.

-
Advise senior leaders on policy strategy, emerging trends, and opportunities to drive federal and state reforms.
-
Build relationships with lawmakers, industry leaders, academics, coalition partners, and media stakeholders.

Partner with government affairs, grassroots, communications, and state teams to support active policy and legislative campaigns.

Deep expertise in energy policy, technology policy, public policy, regulatory policy, economics, or a closely related field.
