B2B Account Executive

About Huzzle

At Huzzle, we connect exceptional talent with top opportunities at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe, and Australia. Our clients include startups, digital agencies, and tech platforms in industries such as SaaS, MarTech, FinTech, and EdTech. Unlike an outsourcing agency, we place you directly with a client where you’re hired in-house as a valued member of their team.

About the Company

We’re hiring on behalf of a growing international business working with clients across multiple markets.

The company is looking for an experienced Account Executive who can take qualified B2B opportunities through the final stages of the sales process, build strong relationships with decision-makers, negotiate confidently, and consistently convert opportunities into new business.

Job Summary

As an Account Executive, you’ll own qualified sales opportunities from the initial handoff through discovery, proposal, negotiation, closing, and transition to the delivery team.

This is a closing-focused role for someone who knows how to build on an existing sales conversation rather than starting from scratch. You’ll be expected to quickly understand the prospect’s needs, communicate the value of the solution, handle objections, protect pricing, and move opportunities toward a clear decision.

You’ll work with international B2B clients and have significant ownership over your pipeline and results.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced B2B Account Executive, Sales Executive, or B2B Sales Closer who is comfortable managing high-value opportunities and working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Build on existing prospect conversations and maintain continuity throughout the sales process.
• Lead sales meetings, discovery conversations, proposal discussions, negotiations, and closing calls.
• Develop trusted relationships with decision-makers and senior stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and align the company's solution with their business objectives.
• Prepare and deliver high-quality proposals within 48 hours of a qualified opportunity.
• Handle objections around pricing, competition, timing, value, and internal approval processes.
• Confidently communicate and defend commercial terms without unnecessarily discounting.
• Identify opportunities to move deals forward and proactively manage next steps.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline stages, activity, and deal forecasts.
• Keep prospects engaged throughout the buying process.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition after a successful close.
• Take ownership of your sales targets, pipeline, activity, and overall commercial performance.
• Contribute feedback that can improve sales processes, messaging, and conversion rates.

Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B sales and closing experience, ideally working with international clients.
• Proven experience closing meaningful, high-value B2B deals.
• A track record of taking qualified opportunities from meeting through to signed agreement.
• Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and consultative selling.

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent CRM discipline and pipeline management.
• Ability to produce professional sales proposals quickly, ideally within 48 hours.
• Highly self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for sales outcomes.
• Comfortable operating without relying heavily on scripts or constant supervision.
• Experience selling services, SaaS, technology, consulting, or other complex B2B solutions is an advantage.
