We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Technology Lead to spearhead the development and scaling of our high-performance exchange platform at Coins.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and strategic leadership. You will design and implement robust, microservices-based Java applications, mentor a talented team of developers, and collaborate across international borders to support our global expansion. What You’ll Do

• Development & Leadership:
• Lead the development of the exchange platform, ensuring seamless operations and high performance.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust Java-based applications and systems.
• Write high-quality, scalable, and efficient code using Java and relevant technologies.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to ensure technical feasibility and adherence to best practices.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, staging, and production environments.
• Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering their technical growth and career development.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Continuously stay updated on emerging technologies and apply industry best practices.  - Cross-Cultural Relations:
• Foster and manage relationships across diverse cultures, supporting the global expansion of Coins.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure all operations comply with local regulations and standards, collaborating with compliance teams to integrate KYC and Fiat transaction processes effectively.  - Required Tech Skills:
• Proven experience as a Java Developer with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming principles.
