About Rebar
Rebar is building the AI operating system for commercial HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing.
Over the past year our quoting platform has processed tens of thousands of projects across North America and we’ve doubled our revenue in the first 6 weeks of this year. Our customers include many of the top firms in the industry. Some of these companies are running billion-dollar construction projects on workflows that still look like it’s 1985.
Construction is 10% of GDP and still massively underserved by software. We are changing that.
We recently raised a $14M Series A from leading construction tech investors and are entering our next phase of growth. We are building a set of AI native products that will define how this industry operates.
We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to build and lead Rebar’s marketing function—driving pipeline, sharpening our positioning, and defining how we show up in the market.
The Role
We're hiring a Head of Marketing to own Rebar's marketing function end-to-end: strategy, budget, demand generation, brand, content, events, and positioning. You'll build the team that runs it as we scale. We believe the commercial construction supply chain is about to go through a massive AI-driven transformation. Rebar sits at the center of that shift, and we have a unique opportunity to become the defining voice of AI in pre-construction.
This is our first marketing leadership hire, and it's a player-coach role. You'll set the strategy and own the number, and you'll also write the posts, launch the campaigns, and work with our events team. You'll report to the CEO, work closely with the Head of Sales, and be part of the leadership team shaping company strategy.
Today, much of our growth comes from strong market pull, customer referrals, industry relationships, and outbound sales. You'll own Rebar's external presence: how we show up across every channel and every room. That means the content that earns trust, the events where relationships get built, and the commercial narrative that makes us the obvious call before a demo is even scheduled.
What You'll Do
Own Marketing Strategy & Build the Team
-
Set Rebar's marketing strategy, annual plan, and budget, tied directly to pipeline and revenue targets
-
Own the marketing-sourced pipeline number and report on it to the CEO, the leadership team, and the board
-
Build and scale demand generation across paid acquisition, lifecycle, outbound campaigns, partnerships, events, and growth experiments
