• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Management, or comparable experience.

• Proven track record of direct sales leadership, with demonstrated success recruiting, managing, and scaling teams of Enterprise Account Executives.

• Several years of experience in Enterprise SaaS, Robotics, or Industrial Automation Sales, closing complex B2B deals within the US market.

• Consistent track record of achieving multi-million dollar regional revenue quotas and leading teams through complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.

• Deep knowledge of value-selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) applied to hardware, software, or Robotics-as-a-Service (RaaS) solutions.

• High standard for data quality, pipeline hygiene, and accurate sales forecasting.

• Willingness to travel up to 50-75% within North America for client meetings, trade shows, team events, and international offsites.

• Culture-aligned mindset: Strong ownership mindset, high drive for results, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented working style in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
