Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As a Digital Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in managing digital experience projects from initial concept through to delivery across the business. Leveraging research tools, analytics, and guest feedback, you will identify points of friction in the site experience and recommend enhancements to the UX design team. You will collaborate with Guest Services, UX, Localization, and Business teams, contributing to the design process through various stages. Additionally, you will oversee the UX copywriting process and create workflows to effectively support our design and development teams.

Meet Your Future Team:
The Digital Experience team works cross-functionally across the business to deliver new and improved digital experiences for Arc'teryx branded sites and apps. We create new experiences as well as maintain and improve existing experiences, always considering how our work relates to other channels while using consumer trends, business objectives, and data to direct our thinking and decision-making.
If you were in the Digital Experience Specialist role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

- Lead the build and launch of new digital experiences through design input, content entry, asset management, and testing, across various platforms
- Supporting in analyzing qualitative feedback via Voice of Customer (VoC) and UX Analytics tools to identify friction points and recommending improvements for optimizing the site experience
- Collaborating with stakeholders across Guest Services, Technology, and Business teams to define and execute content updates across Arc’teryx’s various websites and mobile app
- Supporting and delivering localized content for digital roadmap deliverables and ad-hoc requests in collaboration with the localization team
- Supporting UX research projects using various methodologies to identify and understand user needs, ensuring insights guide future web enhancements and project initiatives
- Proactively seek ways to streamline and improve processes and tasks
