Marketing Generalist

Who We Are:

We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Generalist to help bring Neostella’s campaigns, product stories, and go-to-market programs to life. This role sits at the intersection of campaign marketing, demand generation, content, and product marketing, with responsibility for executing across email, web, content, sales enablement, and other marketing channels. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys variety, can manage multiple priorities, and can turn strategy and ideas into high-quality execution.

Why this role matters right now:

Neostella is scaling quickly, and as we grow, the way we communicate our brand, products, and expertise becomes increasingly important. Clear, consistent messaging across our digital channels helps educate prospects, engage customers, and keep our teams aligned.

This role exists because we need a dedicated content and communications professional who can take ownership of key channels—including email marketing, blog content, website updates, and internal communications—and ensure our story is told clearly and consistently. This is a hands-on execution role responsible for delivering high-quality content that supports marketing campaigns, product messaging, and company communications.

If you’re a self-starter who sees gaps in content and communication and wants to fill them—someone who takes ownership of channels, brings ideas to the table, and moves work forward without waiting to be directed—this role is for you. If you thrive in environments where initiative is expected and execution is valued, you’ll fit right in.

At Neostella, we're building something exciting, and we're looking for people who are excited to build with us. If you love the craft of content and communications, naturally spot opportunities to tell a better story, and come to work with ideas already brewing and the drive to make them happen, you'll thrive here.

What you’ll manage:

We’re looking for a Marketing Generalist who will own the execution of Neostella’s core communication channels. You will play a key role in ensuring our messaging is consistent, timely, and aligned with marketing campaigns and business priorities.

You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Demand Generation, Solutions Marketing, Events, and Design to create and distribute content that supports growth initiatives. This role requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What you bring:

We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with execution—someone who can translate ideas into clear messaging and ensure it reaches the right audiences through the right channels.

You’re organized, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally. Most importantly, you take ownership of your work, proactively identify opportunities to improve communication, and consistently move projects forward.
