About the Role

This is your chance to join a team that is bringing game-changing technology to a stagnant, static, pen-and-paper part of the commercial construction industry. This role is the production engine behind our sales training program — you'll build the content, manage the assets, and help ensure our AEs and SDRs have everything they need to ramp quickly and sell confidently.

If you love building things, staying organized, and translating complexity into clarity, this role is for you. As an early member of the team, you will have an exceptional level of impact on the development and iteration of our Company and the workplace culture itself.

What You'll Do

• Create one-pagers, reference guides, and visual sales assets in Canva
• Translate product updates into sales-ready messaging and training content
• Own the operational layer of enablement: keep assets versioned, updated, and organized

• Support in-person delivery in California where needed
• Build new AI tools for rep development
