- Help build and maintain reusable prompt templates for recurring tasks such as story generation and refinement prep.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, support, and business teams.
- Assist with prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog.
- Gather feedback from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Test new functionality, validate that solutions meet business requirements, and confirm completed stories meet the team's definition of done.
- Support release planning and help set expectations for delivery of new functionality.
- Track product performance and help identify opportunities to enhance the user experience.
- Document processes, workflows, and product requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and the phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
