At CesiumAstro, we are developers and pioneers of out-of-the-box communication systems for satellites, UAVs, launch vehicles, and other space and airborne platforms. We take pride in our dynamic and cross-functional work environment, which allows us to learn, develop, and engage across our organization. If you are looking for hands-on, interactive, and autonomous work, CesiumAstro is the place for you. We are actively seeking passionate, collaborative, energetic, and forward-thinking individuals to join our team.

We are looking to add a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to our team. In this position, you will play a critical role in creating a thoughtful, organized, and high-quality recruiting experience from the first candidate interaction through the interview process. You will partner closely with our Talent Acquisition team to coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications and logistics, and keep the hiring process moving.

Our Senior Recruiting Coordinators play an important role in shaping how candidates experience CesiumAstro. For many candidates, you will be one of their first interactions with the company and one of the first faces they meet onsite. How we communicate, how prepared we are, and how we show up throughout the process matters. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of those details and represents our culture with professionalism, urgency, and care.

This is a fast moving role that requires exceptional organization, attention to detail, and strong communication. The ideal candidate is a true team player who can quickly understand business needs, stay ahead of competing priorities, and take pride in delivering a high quality experience for candidates and internal teams alike
