Video Editor

Are you our new Video Editor?

Dapper is looking for a Video Editor with a sharp eye and a pioneering spirit. Someone ambitious enough to help us build the #1 B2B marketing agency in the world.

As a Video editor on our creative team, you’ll play a key role in turning ideas into visual stories, and your work will help bring our clients' brands to life across digital channels. We work with a diverse range of B2B businesses across the globe: from promising start-ups to fast-growing scale-ups, and beyond.

At Dapper, we believe B2B marketing needs a creative revolution. Our mission is to make B2B less boring, more creative and more impactful, with visuals that are impossible to ignore.

This job is for you if you:

• Have 3+ years of relevant experience in video editing, ideally in a marketing agency, production company, or video agency, with a strong portfolio showcasing your ability to create high-quality video content

• You have experience with AI video creation, using tools to generate, enhance, or transform video content.

• You’re proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, and comfortable using After Effects and DaVinci Resolve (or similar tools) for motion integration and colour correction

• You can confidently manage projects independently, from brief to deliverable, while sticking to deadlines and maintaining brand quality

• You’re able to give and receive feedback constructively and enjoy collaborating with creatives, marketers, and account managers

• You’re curious and always looking for smarter ways to work: through AI tools, automation or templates

• You’re adaptable and open to change: comfortable adjusting to new tools, workflows, team structures, and creative challenges in a fast-evolving company environment. You see change as an opportunity to grow, not a obstacle.

What we value in everyone at Dapper Dapper works as a close-knit team with different perspectives, but the same energy to push boundaries and raise the bar. Regardless of your role, there are a few qualities we look for in every team member:

• You communicate clearly and proactively in English and Dutch, whether it’s with teammates, clients, or through your work, you keep things sharp, structured, and on point.

• You are currently based in the Netherlands.

• You are comfortable coming to our Rotterdam office 3-4 times a week.

• You are flexible and stay focused when things change, you adapt without losing momentum, and find smart ways to move forward.

• You want to grow and make an impact, you take ownership, welcome feedback, and push yourself (and others) to raise the bar.

• You bring positive energy and curiosity, you enjoy solving problems, testing ideas, and collaborating with people who care about what they do.

A list of reasons why you might enjoy working with us:

At Dapper, we not only help our clients to grow but ensure that we are always committed to advancing ourselves. We get the job done and celebrate afterwards.

• Consult fast-growing B2B companies

• Receive training from the leading B2B Marketing experts

• 30 vacation days per year

• Participation in our retirement plan (plus a 5% monthly contribution on top of your salary at Nationale Nederlanden)

• 8% holiday allowance

• 10 additional unpaid leave days

• Complimentary breakfast and lunch

• Travel costs covered

• We will provide you with a Macbook and all the tools you need

• Complimentary annual Dapper work vacation with the team

• Office next to Rotterdam Central station

• Gym and wellness facility membership

• Team activities throughout the year

• You’re welcomed into a positive work environment where freedom, teamwork, and respect are key
